Katie Prescott
Massage Therapist

About Katie
With a background in yoga teaching, meditation and mental health work, I feel especially passionate about how massage can help us restore the balance between mind and body. I work closely with clients to create individualised treatment plans tailored to your specific needs, really listening to the body and often weaving breath work, mobilisations, stretching and trigger point release into treatments.
After completing my training at Bristol College of Massage & Bodywork in 2018, I have been working as a Massage Therapist for over six years. During this time I have also completed an Indian Head Massage Course (also at BCMB), various CPD courses and most recently a 250 hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate at Yogasara in Bristol.
Whether you’re looking to relax and unwind, or feel in need of deeper work to release muscle tension, my aim is to create a nurturing and safe space for you to take some time for yourself, to quieten the mind, soothe the nervous system and drop into the body.

Lydia Spry
Massage Therapist

About Lydia
Clients tell me that I am a friendly, warm and welcoming therapist. It is my belief that, with the right amount of time and care, I can help you to connect with and nurture your own body and mind – easing tensions, relieving pain and energising as needed.
I trained at (and then taught at) one of the most reputable massage schools in the UK – Bristol College of Massage and Bodywork. The training is in-depth and covers everything from anatomy and pathology to understanding energy work and how massage can enable emotional release. I taught the course for 5 years, but recently took a pause to focus on my own massage practice and the practice of raising my two wonderful daughters.
My massage is also influenced by my life experiences and my understanding of how much relaxation helps people cope with difficult circumstances – whether they are physical, emotional or psychological – and my personal interests in meditation, mindfulness and yoga. I can use any or all of these influences to work with you on whatever has brought you to massage. Whether you want to just relax and escape for a while or whether you want detailed work on a specific muscle I can work with you to bring you a massage which is best for you at that time. At each massage I bring what I feel will be most useful and appropriate for you.

Jenn Singwell
Massage Therapist

About Jenn
I began my massage journey as a very young person practising on friends and family whenever I was allowed, and trained formally with Middlesex School of Complementary Medicine in 2011. Since then I have completed further training in Deep Tissue and Indian Head Massage, and enjoyed attending further practice days at Bristol College of Massage.
Since my initial training in massage I have explored other modalities of healing and therapeutic work, which I believe deeply compliment my massage work. Having moved to Monmouth a couple of years ago, I am delighted to be working at The Space to Be.
I work intuitively and sensitively, with care and attention to detail, and am known for my ‘healing hands’! I bring a relational and mindful approach to all my work and believe in the importance of the power of connection and presence to unlock systems of healing; my training in Mindfulness and Counselling informs what I do.
Two years ago, I trained in Voice Therapy with the British Academy of Sound and enjoy exploring the somatic healing power of sound, particularly the voice. I am interested in exploring sound and massage combined.I offer 1-1 treatments in Sound/Voice Healing, including Voice baths and therapeutic voicework, as well as group Voice baths and Mindful Voice/singing groups.
I offer 1 hour or 1.5 hour treatments at The Space to Be and also at a beautiful yurt in Trellech, Monmouthshire.
I look forward to meeting you and to supporting you in your journey towards wellness and thriving.
