We provide and maintain the spaces so that you can just arrive, get yourself settled and welcome your clients. It’s a hassle-free therapy space.  All you need to do is manage the bookings with your clients and turn up!

It is very easy to sign up to work from here – and also easy to change.  


Pricing

All practitioners working from TSTB are members, paying a monthly standing order in advance. There are two types of membership:


Basic Membership

  • £7.50 monthly membership fee, plus £45/month (paid on 1st of the month via standing order)
  • Includes 4hrs room hire per month.

  • Use your hours in any room at any time across the month via online booking.


Slot Membership

Book a regular weekly slot of hours for £8/hr (minimum 2hrs). These bookings are made via Lydia Spry and are made for the same room at the same time each week. These bookings can be altered by giving a calendar month’s notice.  In addition to the cost of the hours you will also pay a £7.50 membership fee each month.

All members (both basic and slot membership types) can make additional bookings called ‘ad hoc bookings’, which are for a minimum of 1 hour at £10 per hour. These are invoiced at the end of the month.


What you can expect

  • the space to be well decorated, well-maintained and clean
  • a lovely communal kitchen with tea, coffee and milk provided as well as a space for you to relax 
  • plants in each space which are watered and well kept
  • wifi
  • heating and/or cooling fans in each space
  • half an hour between therapists so you have 15mins set up before and after each session you book.  This provides a calmer, more professional atmosphere for everyone. 
  • Each space has a clock, tissues and heating/cooling and a waste paper bin.


What else you can expect if you join:

  • to be listed on our website, mentioned on social media and potentially joint marketing work. 
  • to have access to a limited amount of storage space for items that can be left
